Slug Caterpillar

Description:

A tiny yellow Limacodidae moth caterpillar wandering on a steel railing. Body length less than 5mm. Body armored with orange main thorns branched with smaller black spikes.

Habitat:

Specific plants of Sabah Tea Garden, near Ranau town, Sabah.

Notes:

This is my first slug caterpillar spotting on PN and also the 2nd slug moth species that I have seen. >>>Map accuracy : 400m diameter.
