Description:

Looks like it has gelled back its hair! The feathers on the head form a wispy crest. Breast feathers are cinnamon in colour and there is a blue dot at the base of the beak. Legs are yellow.

Habitat:

The balcony of the house I lived in. I always put out water and so many species of birds came to drink.
