NZ Praying Mantis (nymph)

Orthodera novaezealandiae

Description:

As adults, Orthodera novaezealandiae they are bright green and grow to between in 40 mm 35 mm in length, but as nymphs, they are pale, translucent green with a dark stripe running head to end of abdomen. This little one was spotted at McEwan park, Petone.
