Automeris amoena
Thank you Yasser for honoring again one of my spottings as SOTD. It is, and always will be a great honor to be recognised, specially if we look at the huge amount of beautiful creatures that are shown every day in PN. Thanks also to all of you that liked and made those nice comments about this spotting.
Congratulations Sergio! This beautiful moth is our Spotting of the Day! Thank you for all the awesome wildlife photos you share with us so often. We look forward to seeing your next gem of a discovery. Congrats again!

Thank you DrNamgyal. Martin, I think I found it: A. amoena (http://www.fotocommunity.de/pc/pc/displa...). But thank you very much for your help.

I agree this is an Automeris moth, Martin, but I am not so sure about it being A. io. Io moths exist in North America only.
