Striped Albatross, Appias libythea is a small butterfly of the Family Pieridae, that is, the Yellows and Whites, which is found in India and Peninsular Malaysia.

Habitat:

The major vegetation types found in Gelephu are mixed hard wood forests, paddy fields, wetlands and some amount of marsh land vegetation.
