[I only have one picture of a Liverwort and it's unfortunately tagged to a whole bunch of incorrect missions and I don't know how to undo that. (I have tried to edit a million times but removing the mission does not seem to work.)]

This is some sort of Leucobryum moss. Based only on what species are most common, it's probably L. glaucum or L. albidum. This picture, for example, looks a lot like your plant: http://www.treknature.com/gallery/photo2...
