I specially put a link of wsl.ch with the address of the office in Lausanne. You may ask there. I know there were formerly some surveys about this invasive species.

Crambidae, Spilomelinae, Cydalima perspectalis.
A severe pest! You probably should report this species with the exact location to the authorities. Sometimes they have a program for eradication or at least they should know that they are now also found in Geneva, although for eradication it is already too late, unfortunately.
