Fire-breasted Flowerpecker

Dicaeum ignipectus

Description:

This is one of the tiniest birds I have seen. It is dark blue in color on the head and the wings. The body is yellow in color. The neck bears a conspicuous red mark which is almost fluorescent.

Habitat:

Lower Himalayas.

Notes:

These pictures are heavily cropped. I would try again to get better and clearer images.
