I might be wrong, yes, but not with not being a leafhopper, but Fulgoridae. I think this is a Derbidae, Derbid Planthopper.

Thanks for the confidence, Matthew, but this is a tricky one. I have a slight suspicion that this one might be a Fulgoridae, not a leafhopper, but I might be wrong... I keep an eye on this one... Happy 2013!
