Song Sparrow

Description:

Pretty common sparrow. Can be identified by the markings on the face and chest. Where sometimes it looks like a spot on the chest where the streaks meet. Center of belly is mostly bare of streaks. The love to sing. These sparrow will break out in song sometimes as you are nearby.

Habitat:

I find these mostly in parks hiding in tall trail side plants. They tend to use the plants as shelter and where they find their food.
