Geometrid Moth

Description:

A winter species that came to the lights on the porch. A second individual (Picture 2) was photographed 16 July 2013 in the same place, except that this one came to an ultraviolet light. It seems they are practically flying year round. The third individual was photographed on 21 June 2014 and also came to an ultraviolet light.

Habitat:

Semi-urban area on the outskirts of the city, 2,200 meters.

Thank you Maria, I've never seen this one before, although there are 2 or 3 other species that are yellow like this and similar in appearance.
