Description:

Relatively small dragonfly with striped thorax, and mostly blue body and black tip at end of abdomen.

Habitat:

Small pond with a lowland creek within 25 yards of the pond. This one was photographed at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park near Augusta, GA.
