Entoloma salmoneum
Salmon mushroom with bell-shaped to sharply conical cap and slender stalk. Cap 3/8 - 1 5/8" wide; moist, smooth; salmon, fading with age. Gills: attached, almost distant, broad, salmon.
Season: August-October. On the ground in leaf litter, in moss under conifers, on rotten logs, around rhododendron, in mixed woods.
