Description:

Slender spider usually found hanging beneath a complex but horizontal orb web. Two webs may be close together with male and female

Habitat:

In this case these spiders were found among well-established pot plants (Bromeliad) and beneath Mulberry shrubs as well as floating on their webs above a ground cover of Native Violets. A reasonably regular supply of misted water or rain seems to be important
