Mebobbyboy,welcome to Project Noah,i changed your photo by Noah Ranger image,because as you can read in the http://www.projectnoah.org/faq ,you only can submit photos that haved the enougth quality to provide a ID,it was not the case of your photo.Maybee you wrongly load a bad photo without remarking,so no problem with that :-)
So my advice is that you could go and read the FAQ link there i give you where you will find all you need to know to surf :-) in Project Noah.
