Sorry for my insufficient previous comment. ID should be Asian Yellow-banded Signature Spider.
They known for White marking on their webs what confuse prey insects to result them to jam into their webs.
Their head part is covered with Silvery hair so know also as Silver orb-weaver spiders.

I ID'd this spider as Indian Aemula with scientific name as Argiope aemula
