Falco mexicanus
They have a brown back and cream belly that is mottled. There are dark streaks on the face.
Found in western North America and inhabit prairie and desert habitats.

Thanks! And it was very exciting for me :) He didn't want his picture taken though, I had to follow him for almost 30 minutes just to get some decent shots!

This is such an incredible spotting for up there! Not an easy bird to find much less grab shots of sometimes. Great job Ashley!
