Fasciated Antshrike

Cymbilaimus lineatus

Description:

This female compliments the male posted earlier in my spotting list. The Fasciated Antshrike female can be distinguished by her golden over all appearance and rufous crown. To separate the Fasciated Antshrike from the more common Barred in Central America, look for the red eye which is present in both males and females.
