House Finch (leucistic)

Haemorhous mexicanus

Description:

Not the best picture -- captured it from a distance. This bird visited our feeder this morning. About the size of a house sparrow. Haven't seen this before!

Thank you for the suggestions. I wasn't familiar with leucism -- this has been very educational!

The bird is missing some pigment in the feathers on the head.
