If I find any new snakes I haven't seen before, the pictures will definitely get posted. Good luck finding more herps this season!

I have copperhead and hognose under my belt, but no worm snake. But yes, many kinds of water snakes! Good luck in your snake quest this season, let me know if you find any of the three :)

Up here these are common, but it's the only species of water snake I get. At least you have a lot more variety in a warm place like Texas. There are just 3 species of snakes I still have to find that are native to Massachusetts, copperhead, hognose and worm snakes. Maybe I'll get at least one of them this year.

I can't wait til I find one of these guys! I love Nerodia, still waiting on my first bite from one though ;) Have lots of grumpy Nerodia fasciata confluens around, so I'm sure my bite will come soon! Lovely photo :)
