About 8mm long.

Habitat:

Attracted inside at night by lights this moth landed on the screen of an old CRT type television receiver, making for an interesting background. (This house is surrounded by a huge, eucalyptus based national park.)

Notes:

Common name also 'LBAM'
A well travelled moth, the species is native to Australia but is now found in New Zealand, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Hawaii, United States of America (principally along the West Coast).
