A moth from the Lasiocampidae family of moth. It has a large body and broad wings with an elongated mouth parts.
They are either diurnal or nocturnal and commonly found in populated areas, cultivated land and marginal forests.

Wow it looks so much like The Drinker (Philudoria potatoria) which is European and not so colorful.
