I think this Oceophoridae too, but I have yet to find a species:

Anestia ombrophanes is very similar, though none of the dots touch, and there are more than one dot, and here, I only see one dot that is connected to a band.

Thanks for that Stephen. I've been thinking Oecophoridae, banded concealer moths. Hadn't considered Arctiidae. 8-/ (more headache material :)
