I'll have to start checking the bananas I buy for one of these stowaways! Very interesting how they been showing up in the UK.

OK, got it... And now the surprise. Please, check the link and the locations. It was obviously introduced in UK by bananas. It is almost 100% a Antichloris and almost sure it is viridis. There are some other species, but I did not found any reasonable match with yours. Key issue would be the white and red spots on the head (check all pictures from any link, sometimes you will see the important red spots) and the markings on the body. Colors and markings on the wings might change depending on the light angulation:

Yes, these white spots are typical for Macrocneme. I would not bet my ranch on the genus. I'll try to get some more infos.
