Large hawk in suburban neighborhood. Brown and fairly large.
Suburban neighborhood, several streams, fields, farms, a swamp/bog, forest, and a river.
Impossible to tell backlit like that, but it's probably a Red-Tailed Hawk, that's the largest common hawk seen in the East in all habitats.
