Brown and yellow Leafhopper of about 5 mm in length. The wings are shorter than the length of the abdomen. This might be Evacanthus acuminatus, which has been reported from Alaska and Northern Europe. Family Cicadellidae. http://v3.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxb...
