Vermivora celata
A tiny bird. Yellow underparts, back and head greenish. The eyes have a white ring around them. The beak is small. The bird is skittish and I had to hide behind curtains to take pictures out of the window. The last two pictures are of the bird feeding on small insects off of the trunk.
Bushes
The bird flits from branch to branch in hops or short flights. It gives a short "peep" note every couple of seconds. It seems most comfortable in the thick protection of a bush. If it detects my presence it flies away to a different bush or tree away from "danger."

Thanks all! I was leaning towards orange crowned warbler because of the lack of wing bars as Ashley pointed out.
I would call this an orange-crowned warbler. Hutton's vireos have wing bars, this guy is plain all over, which is a very good indication for orange-crowned warbler.
Looks like a Warbler but then I am not a small bird expert. Liam may help soon.
