I apologize but I think this one is actually not a tussock moth, but a Tiger moth, tussock moth should be Lymantriinae. Lophocampa is Arctiinae and both are Erebidae. However, Lophocampa carye is called Hickory Tussock Moth.

Thanks bayucca. The pictures on the BOLD page show some that look like this one and the last 2 images look like the one on Moth Phtoographers Group. It's strange, I woner if it's a mistake or if this moth has both of these looks.

Arctiidae, Lophocampa sp.. According to this links it looks like Lophocampa sobrina:

This one looks also not too bad for Sobrina:

But looking at this one it looks like being a very bad match, also location are strange:
