spotted in Rockport, TX. Brown upperparts, grey on the crown and nape, grey buff breast with dark streaks, dark face, grey cheeks, white throat and a short pointed tail. Small yellow streak just above the eye.
Looks similar to the Savannah sparrow Tom15 helped me with, PN http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/197...
I saw it when visiting the Texas coast.
