Brown Foliose-type Lichen along w/ some Herpothallen Lichen (red) and green Foliose Lichen and possible Cryptothecia Lichen (white) all on one tree.
Observed in a County nature Preserve's wetland amongst heavily wooded variety of trees. Only two trees had this type of Lichen on it.

Hard to tell without a clearer look, but I would also look into filamentous algae such as Trentepohlia
