Diacrotricha fasciola
Belonging to the Pterophoridae family (family of plume moths), these moths are distributed across Southeast Asia. They bore into and eat the flower buds of Averrhoa trees, particularly starfruits (Averrhoa carambola) and are considered as serious pests.
Lembang, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia - Found perching under the leaf of a tree briefly. Plenty of trees nearby, especially since it's near some vegetable plantations.
Very skittish bug.
