Baeolophus bicolor
The tufted titmouse is about 6 1/4" in size. Is a gray bird with a gray pointed crest and a blackish forehead. White chest and belly. Female same as male. Likes black sunflower seeds.
This tufted titmouse was spotted at our campsite at Shepard State park in Gautier, Mississippi. I had placed some bird seed and sunflower seeds around and this little bird just could not resist.
