Long-nosed Whip Snake/Green Vine Snake

Ahaetulla nasuta

Description:

Approx 1.5m (4.9 feet) long, this is a beautiful, green snake with green scales on top and yellow scales below. At the tip of its nose is something that sticks up slightly...I reckon it looks like the sights of those old rifles.

Habitat:

Sliding across the dirt road through the dry deciduous forest at Tmatboey which is situtated in the Kulen Promtep Wildlife Sanctuary.

Notes:

Thank you bayucca for the identification!
