Description:

Gray body covered by a hard shell with 9 bands.

Habitat:

Digging a huge hole on the side of the road, completely oblivious of cars driving with 1 meter of him. He finally looked up and sniffed the air, then went back to digging. In thorn scrub area.

Armadillos, always a great spotting. One of my favorite animals. You're lucky to live in an area where they are common.
