Anhinga anhinga
This is the female anhinga. She has a buff brown neck and breast. Long neck and tail. Long narrow yellow bill. The white streaks on her shoulders and wings reflect silver in sunlight. So pretty. She was drying her wings because she must have been fishing and got them wet. Wings of anhingas become waterlogged and they have to dry them.
