Smaller than Bombus terrestris. Very often in Zagreb both on next to the river Save and in the mountain zone (Medvednica).

I guess it will be some of the next years since today haven't seen any :/ starting to lose my faith in the possibility of taking the right photo of it!!

Well I know that is sounds crazy but I was already some time (like for 2 h daily) trying to focus its butt but 1st of all can't find where they nest and cause of that i have to wait for them... maybe is a bit brownish, but all the others are normaly colored what ever that color is...so I don't know, if they are colored (to me it doesnt seem really brown can be any other color also) it is so under that I can make a normal photo ;/ ahhh

ok. when you do see them try to be focused on it's rear end :) i still still see a hint of brown on it and i sooo want to know which species is this bumblebee now!! :)

believe me is not brown :/ I haven't seen them today cause I didn't go in the same area, but I will tomorrow! this is a real mystery...

i know that! i've come across with some of them and they were all so quick&hard to catch on camera. will try too look it up, but i don't why i see it has brown end :/

and it's is so difficult to take a photo of them....they are much more vivid than the others :/ I'm going today again on that meadow to wait for them

you sure? it looks to me like he has brownish end ...

Oh, I somehow didn't check your comment, great website that one, but what is the problem with my bumblebee is the distance between two yellow lines, and that one on your link has a yellow "butt" while mine has this yellow part up and under is a black end :/
