Description:

A Black-headed Gull changing is head colour. In February/March this species, change is head coulour from white to black. On the wharf of Vila Franca de Xira, this species can be seen all the year. The Black-headed Gull and dozens of other species can be seen here, cause this local belongs to the Tejo's Estuary, a protected zone.
