Cinnamon Longhorn Beetle

Stenocorus cinnamopterus

Description:

Stenocorus cinnamopterus is a species of beetles in the family Cerambycidae. The species are brown coloured with orange legs. Length is 10-16 mm. This spotting is a male.

Habitat:

Eastern and central United States. This one was observed at a porch light at the edge of a southern deciduous forest in Edgefield County, South Carolina.

Notes:

Season is April - July. Attracted to UV lights
