Thanks, bayucca, it looks very similar to that photo. I'm not quite sure about the colour though, and the ID on it is only tentative, so for the meantime, I'll keep this spotting as Ceroplesis sp. until I can find out more.

Cerambycidae, Lamiinae, Ceroplesis cf. thunbergi maybe?? Definitely a Ceroplesis sp.
