An unexpected visitor... Long and wide eyelash-like plumose antennae.
Pretty confident this is Phengodes plumosa. However if true it may be out of its range. See http://eol.org/pages/3266615/overview
It looks like it has some sort of shoulder plates. Very unusual. Would love to see a specimen glowing!
