I had a young man bring me this leaf and ask me if it was marijuana...hmmm. Grows in various parks her in SW Missouri, although I don't know EXACTLY which Potentilla this one is..it's very common and flowers early in April.

I have read in some books that Cinquefoil was used in herbal medicines..Does anyone know if this is the one? Or was another European variety?
