Description:

These birds were belting their hearts out as you can see in the first picture with the bird in mid-song. Sorry you can't really see the color of the bird, when it moved it position it moved a lot further up than my zoom can go.

Probably an Oriental White-Eye, as that seems to be the only White-Eye found in Singapore. Other areas- behavior, song- also correspond with what I observed.
