Description:

Body length about 5-6 mm, colored as shown. Elytra (wing covers) heavily reticulated (net-like) with close-set ridges. Antennae slightly clubbed.

Habitat:

Perched on a grassblade at very edge of small pond. Surrounding habitat is damp meadow, with dry meadows, riparian trees and vegetation, and a grove of conifers.

Notes:

This species is associated with grasses (Poaceae)
