Description:

An unknown Baskettail dragonfly shown in flight over Hidden Pond. I think this individual is either a Common Baskettail (Epitheca cynosura) or Slender Baskettail (Epitheca costalis), probably a male. "The eyes are reddish over gray in immatures of all species [of Baskettails], then in most males turn emerald green with maturity ... ." Source Credit: Paulson, Dennis (2011-12-19).
