Hello. As bayucca pointed out, the red organisms on the back of the sharpshooter are not young, but mites. So I removed your spotting from the parental care mission. Best

Cicadellidae, Cicadellinae, Proconiini, Cuerna sp. I think we would need a closer picture and removing of the parasiting mites to get down to species level.
