Superb Lyrebird

Menura novaehollandiae

Description:

This is a lyrebird but unsure whether it's a Suberb or Albert's Lyrebird. It has a very red throat which doesn't seem to match up to the description of either species.

I don't believe Albert's to be in your area. Albert's are also very brownish and chesnut-y.
Both species have reddish throats, but I guess it's not always evident.
