Description:

This is a large mostly powder blue dragonfly with a striped thorax of black and yellow, the tiop of the tail is darker blue. The wings of this dragonfly are mostly transparent but some have a gray translucent appearance.

Habitat:

Lakes, ponds, and other slow moving bodies of water
