Six-lined Racerunner

Cnemidophorus sexlineatus

Description:

The male has a black back with six white stripes. I caught him in a trap for my Masters project, and as soon as I grabbed him he bit me and refused to let go the entire time I worked him up. Was the first time a lizard bite actually hurt!

Habitat:

Oak forest.
