Copper-green head, copper flanks and rump. White collar and green wings and upper back. They don't sing much and their flight will sound like a deeper buzz then an Anna's.
For the bay area these are migratory breeders.
Not much of an urban Hummingbird but can be found in parks when near foothills. This one was spotted in a Butterfly garden.
