Looks like the eggs of some Arthropod to me.
..maybe something like when basil seeds go into water and they form a gel around them... Ayurvedic medecine... some kind of herbal seed

Hey Chief - mushrooms don't have seeds. Fungi have spores and you would need a microscope to see them properly. These might be something else.
